TPS Question

I haven't been able to get above 4mv from my tps so I was working on it and unscrewed it, took it off and then reinstalled it. My purpose was to move it forward (toward the front of the car) to increase the volts. After doing so I looked on the scantool, I couldn't get a reading plus it gave me a code saying my tps was too low. I haven't been able to get the volts up at all. What could the problem be?

Measure voltage between the gray Pin A and the black Pin C on the TPS connector key ON test.

Should read 5 volts.

Dark blue wire is the output should vary with the wiper movement on the TPS itself if working okay.
