On March 27 a friend of mine, Viper-Bing, is planning on renting Capitol Raceway in Bowie, Maryland.
I am not sure of the cost (I can't make it) but I think it is 100 to 125 per person; for that you can make as many runs as you would ever want to make.
You do get a time slip.
