Tranny fluid in radiator ?

I have what appears to be tranny fluid in my radiator! Just replaced it about 3 months ago! What causes this? Another new radiator???

Tranny cooler built into radiator is leaking into the coolant.

Damn good question..... probably not when the car is running..... but probably so when the car is turned off.... and the cooler line pressure goes to 0....

Sounds like a problem with the trans cooler, remember this happening to my mother's 69 Plymouth Sport Fury, car was only about 1 year old and it was boiling over pink frothy fluid from the radiator. Think she had to have the coolant flushed out and then it was OK after that. And of course a new radiator.

I would fix that right away. I have seen coolant get into the transmission due to a defective radiator before. Lets just say that trans didnt live very long at all and the fluid that I drained from the trans looked like strawberry milk!
