tranny leak help

need a little info my tranny is leaking around where the wires go in on the driver side of the housing above the pan. do i have to remove the pan?? is it a o ring on there?? or can i remove it without taking off the pan????

yes its an o-ring, I think a lil seepage is normal, I do believe the pan has to come off.

it is leaking pretty bad so i figur i better get it fixed . was hoping it would not involve pulling the pan
