I am getting ready to drop my motor back in, for the second time now, and I want to dress up the engine bay. I am planning on buying some stainless braided lines, just want to get opinions on what I shoud do. Route the hoses the same way the factory did or another way??
Will these lines hold the pressure that the tranny will create, even with slip in fittings?? The guy at the store said that the lines were lined with teflon, will that create a problem??? What is the max temp that the tranny fluid will obtain?

Thanks in advance

Teflon lines will hold just about anything you can throw at them.

They are stiff however and don't bend too easily.

Don't know how I'd route them....

The temps. should be 350* F. max. and no problem for the teflon.

Lines see about 50 psi. max. teflon can hold lots more than that.

Good luck.
