trans lines

Probably a dumb question, but which line goes to the top port on the radiator and which goes to the bottom port. I ask this because I don't have the original lines going from the trans to the radiator, I am using steel braided lines.

Don't know if you're using an extra external transmission cooler, but this is what installed and what I used to make connection.

I'm using the radiator for trans cooler and an external for engine oil. The diagram actually helped, the top port on the trans goes to the top port on the radiator, correct?

I haven't remove the transmission lines when I replaced the transmission and rebuild the original radiator, but according to the prints and this other one has it shown the top transmission port goes to the top port of the radiator.
