Trans pan and rear end torque specs?

Anyone have the tightening sequence and torque specs of the rear end cover and trans pan?

Tighten in a criss-cross pattern. Dont apply too much tq to the trans pan, thay can strip easily. I usually just use a deep socket and tighten as much as I can by hand, never even put a ratchet on it.
