Trans trouble!!??

Well I finally got my rebuilt motor put in this past weekend. Runs great, just needs tuning now. Now the problem, the tranny doesn't budge! No forward, no reverse, no nothing. It was working fine when I took it out when the motor went. I've replaced the filter so that's not it. I'm using the same converter that I had before. Does anyone have any ideas?? This sucks, got a new motor and can't even break it in . What do you guys think??

first make sure its full,the convertor bolts are in ,the shifter is hooked to arm down below,and then remove a cooler line and make sure the oil is circulating.dont forget to start the car first.just kidding.

I have checked all bolts and linkages, all are good. I even tried shifting at the tranny after disconnecting the linkage. It clicks into each gear normally but still nothing.I even tried it with the engine running,hehe!! I haven't tried disconnecting one of the lines yet, but I will shortly. Does it matter which one?
