while the engine is out and the torque converter is being replaced, is there any trans parts to replace that are weak. I don't want it to break right after it's back together. I also have the trans cooler to install. Anything else that has a potential to break. As far as I know, it has a better servo that stock already. I don't want to spend insane bucks, just make it a little more reliable.

Where do I start?

There's a number of things you should do. It depends on the power output of the engine.

inspect the stator tube for wear .install shift kit.reseal the trans.or open it up and inspect .

forgot to mention...

trans only has approx 10,000 miles and already has a shift kit. The car will be hammered on pretty regularly with 3200-3400 stall and trans cooler. Should I worry about anything or just slap it in and go. I like to do things right the first time and forget about it. Thanks, Tim
