Trans?

Hi guys, ive been trying to track down some problems. Some one told me to check the trans also. My list of problems. The boost wont go up beyond 20 with a brand new hd actuator and a rjc boost controller. The car is very laggy . I check for leaks and have already ordered a new crossover to fix the leak. The car also shake at 60-65 mph, fine other wise. I though i fixed this with a new maf but did not. The car also feels jerky when slowing down without the brake. Just coasting to a stop it jerks. And im getting KR on the scanmaster here and there. These problems all started happening at the same time. Does this sound like a trans problem. The trans is stock except for shift kit and a converter.

was under the car today and noticed that the converter looks crooked. it seems that the top of the converter is leaning 10 degrees back. I dont think this is normal. What could cause this?

Are the 3 bolts still in it holding it to the flywheel?
