transmission cooler ?

I have a race radiator needing to run transcooler through radiator and an external as well I am trying to run lines from a race radiator. are they pipe threads usually or what. and what size usually . please help got transmission being built by dave husek and will be here soon

Got it figured out npt 1/4 outlet of radiator and 5/16 inverted flare line. If anyone ever needs to know
