Im talking black mats here...and hair from the dog, cat or ole lady....
I stumbled across this by accident cleaning my mats in one of my cars the aother day. They had dog, cat and my wifes hair on several mats and the vac wasnt getting it off.
I had a pair of clean work gloves on as I had moved somthing earlier and never took them off and raked my gloved hand across the mat and the hair just balled/rolled right up.
Clean leather work gloves...not the suede side out but the smooth side. Rub the mat in one direction and the hair will ball up as the glove passes over and then you just pull the lump right off.
Im sure this would work on lighter colored mats but I would make sure and use a light colored glove, this was dark mat and dark glove.
