Trunk interior

Is there a trim piece that is supposed to cover over the taillight area in the trunk. Just cleaning up a bit and looking at the wires for my digital tails. The car was like this when I purchased it. See picture

no, but you could get a trunk kit from someone like kirbans that would include a cloth panel to cover that

and theres no reason why the wires should be there , they could have been routed along the original harness when the tail lamps were removed

Correction, there is a reason. someone flat out half-assed it lol. That's my project over the holidays to reroute them. It looks fairly simple. Thanks for the heads up
