i literally just got back from my maiden voyage from upgrading a 5.6 to a 5.7 ...the previous owner had installed the 5.6. they both had the same info on them: alky, 60#, 23/21 timing, 23-25psi etc. car runs a lot crisper and pulls awesome. can't say you'll have the exact same results, but i told him exactly what was done to my car and he got it right in the ballpark. now i gotta learn how to use my new powerlogger and get to fine tuning!
