I'd looked passingly at this one as well, and wnat to point something in the pictures out to all...

Expired tags + CA either equals DMV back fees and taxes (most likely) or thats it's been non-op'd but no mention of that having been done here. Anyone interested look into that, those liens, and how it'd impact you.

That blue sicker on the "feb" issued plate was at best an 09 sticker, 2010 stickers would have been yellow, and the new 2011 stickers are red. The last time before that the blue sticker was used would have been 04, and then 5yrs prior each time before that.

Do the math: its been sitting....

Ahh that explains the 99 sticker and no vin posted. If anyone has the vin # I can run vinde and see if there are any monies owed on it,
