TTA High BLM Question

I have a TTA and I adjusted my IAC and TPS to within range. But I just cant seem to get my BLm down. At idle it ranges from 137 up to 147, 149 max. I checked all the vac hoses and did the block off trick with a big piece of gasket. No difference. This car has about 8000 miles and is rarely driven. However last time i had it out, i got a SES Light and it was the EGR. The light comes on and off while driving...

What else could it be?
I read lots of posts on this topic and even did some of Razors tips..
