Runs rough at idle

Been trying to find an vacuum leak for 2wks. No error codes. tried smoke, pinching off hoses, using vacuum hand pump. Replaced iac and egr. tried squirting brakekleen around intake, vacuum block plenum etc. tried pinching hoses under dash. I have electronic climate control. sometimes pressing the buttons seem to make a little difference. runs strong if you get on it. just the idle. holding around15/16in vac

Timinator just pulled his hair out for a week and 47 post found cam sensor not set correctly
No codes poor idle and lean. It was a new one for use something to check
