Tune question

I've never got my car tuned before but just had some work done to the car and bill anderson said that it needs to be tuned. My question is when he tunes the car do i need to tell him what im looking for out of performance. Do I need to tell him the boost i want to run or the power im looking for.

Umm...I guess if you had to put it that way, you would have a choice of:

1) conservative tune (what's the fun in that?)
2) moderate (what's the fun in that?)
3) on the ragged edge (yes)

Take your pick. Seriously though, if you aren't financially strapped, run it hard but safe. If your strapped, keep the boost a couple #'s lower to keep things together longer. Learn your car and learn how to tune it. That's the fun part.
