Hi all,

I just wanted to do some routine maintainance on my 2000 GS. I was wondering what oil and filter everyone was using? Also, what plugs and wires?

Thanks,

HOW MANY MILES? LEAVE THE PLUGS & WIRES ALONE THEY'RE GOOD FOR 100K(PLUGS) & 50-60K (WIRES) BUILD YOUR OWN CAI OR BUY ONE FROM THRASHER WITH A K&N CONE FILTER. YOU WILL GET BETTER AIR FLOW AND WILL LAST FOR LIFE.CHANGE OIL,TRANS FLUID,CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS

Yeah, I know. I'll probably wait on the plugs and wires. I really need to change the oil and filter today though. I was mainly wondering what everyones' preferences were for oil and filters. The car only has 25000 miles.

I LIKE MOBIL ONE OIL. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE IS THAT MUCH DIFFERENCE IN THE FILTERS

we sell Shell for 0.88 a quart at work :D

i recommend building a CAI with a K&N cone filter, can feel somewhat of a difference and it sounds awsome at wot

Wyyyyres...

Many of the turbo buick folks like the Belden Wires from Napa. Precut for the engine, lifetime no questions warrenty. Just bring them to the store. 40bucks or so.

I installed them, no complaints.
