Tuning Help Needed

whats up guys....i need some help...i put the new chip in i got from pte...definately an improvement...in idle(but still not right like i want it) and power...so now heres my questions...i installed the chip... set fuel pressure too 43# line off like they said and at cruise on the highway i get into it and i get knock..i thought it might be false but i believe i heard a slight pinging at one time....now from a dead stop and accelerate wot...no knock...what gives???
so let me ask you...to try and tune this baby in what should i start looking for as in o2 and the such...
heres what i got so far...tps is 42 and 480 wot...fp is 43# line off..im using a pte 93 street chip....my combo is 107t cam postons and 30# inj....stock turbo...18# boost my 02 go into the 920 range at part throttle also when i get this knock..so tell me what other info you need so i can get this problem solved...thanks guys vinny

920's is really rich!.

first thing i would do is drop the boost down to about 16#,then start dropping your fuel pressure try to get your o2's to about 800.keep an eye on the knock,make small adjustments to the fuel pressure.

you will probably find it's faster with a little less boost and a whole lot less fuel.if you get it leaned out properly and don't start getting knock then you can start slowly bringing the boost back up.
