Is the 4.1 standard, does it come with caps and has it been checked for cracks? is it returnable if it does have any cracks? thanks

The blocks are standard. They are bare blocks and they come with main caps. They have not been checked for crack. I gurantee all my blocks from cracks or defects. If the block ends up being bad for some reason I will take it back and ship you another one.
