Turbo choices ?

ok guys im in the market to buy a new turbo, im running stock turbo now with 42lb injectors,tt chip,rjc plate, dutt neck cooler, no cat and dynomax exhaust. what turbo do you think would be best matched, will be adding razor kit soon as well. also anyone have a good used turbo for me? thanks

I like the Te-45A from john creig belive fullthrodle speed carries it also needed to go with bigger converter for my application used pats preformance 10 inch think the 6776bb spools easier but have herd that the TE45A pulls alot harder on the top end and will run alot of boost if you want. Mine pulls real hard on upper boost ranges pluss it is a big shaft turbo that will take a little more abuse. Just my 2 cents hope goes well for you.

I know your planning on running alky too, but the I am maxed out with the 009's and the alky with a 6152. So I think they will limit you more than anything. I don't think you can go any bigger than that with out changing injectors too. J

couple of us were in the 4sale section wheelin and dealin, I was offering mine to him for 500 plus ship, then sold it to another guy within minutes and bought another one on the board. he mistook a reply i made er somthing along those lines, in the end i might have got a raw deal but we'll see when this less then 5 mile turbo arrives at my door

i hear that man... i just hate the fact that i was accused of having an attitude and not the best to deal with when the dood needs some thick skin or something .... first come first serve right?? good luck

I agree, we went from stock turbo to the 6776 bb and its great. And like he said build around it. :biggrin:
