I am about to get out the explosives or the cutting torch or forget about trying out the TE44 that has been loaned to me and just reassemble the darn thing.
I need some hints on how to get these (3) darn nuts off. I have been spraying them for a week with WD40, I have bought a 6 point socket and tried using with a universal joint but no success. I can get a box end wrench on possibly all of them but its a 12 point so I'm gonna go get a 15mm 6 point box end today if they make one and take a hammer to the wrench.
Anybody with any helpful hints, please respond, Thanks

If you can get a wrench on it try the old 2 wrenches locked together trick...It's a little safer then a hammer.

Hi

Heat, Heat and more heat. and when you're done heating it up, heat it up some more. After that, apply some heat.

You might get away with a MAPP can, but if you want serious heat you need oxy-acytalene.

Stick with the 6-point.

When I took mine off I "shocked" it, I didn't use a constant pressure, that will surely strip it.

Thanks guys for the advice, seems like it always happens when you think your on a roll, you get down to one fastener(in this case 3) that puts it in the , well you know.:)

Hey guys I got em busted loose with a combination of PB Blaster and double wrenching them. Only one item left now, could be time for vise grips. The inlet oil line is being a pain. There is not enough clearance to use a flare nut wrench and a open end is about to strip it.
