Does anyone know if a powder coated turbo heat sheild will hold up to the heat from the turbo, or will it dis-color?

IN MY EXPERIENCE IT HELD UP FOR A YEAR AND THEN SLOWLY YELLOWED NOT BAD BUT NOTICABLE. MY YEAR FOR MY CAR IS ALSO ABOUT 1500 MILES SO THE HOTTER IT GETS THE FASTER IT WILL TURN. IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET IT DONE GET IT DONE IN A HIGH TEMP POWDER IT MIGHT NOT BE AS BAD.
I HAD MY POWDERCOATER COAT IN IN A SILVER IT WAS NOT A REAL HIGH TEMP POWEDER LIKE 800 OR SOMETHING, I JUST LIKED THE SILVER COLOR. THERE IS HIGH TEMP POWDER AVAILABLE I SUGGEST YOU GET THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE.

I will go by and talked to my local powder coating shop and see what they have. Thank you for you help.

Had mine nickel plated for $75 and looks great. More subtle than chrome but has a nice shine. Bead blasted and clear coated (Eastwood's high temp) the bolts.
