Turbo heat shield mounting brackets

I have nothing installed for mounting my turbo heat shield. I have the shield, just need all the brackets/screws needed to mount it.

is this the only bracket needed? or is there another bracket that the "j" bracket bolts to? let me know if you have the bolts....
