Turbo ID Help.

I am getting ready to take car in for a tune and have a low mile stock put on this 86 GN. I had a TT chip burned for the stock turbo so I have a couple question. My car was consigned at an auction and the seller said turbo was stock. I purchased another stock turbo and it looks a lot different. The three pictures below are the current turbo. It is a garrett, however, it is sized a bid different and does not have the port on the MAF to turbo connection like the stock one I purchased in the fourth picture. Can anyone tell by the pictures what turbo is this? Also, what is the port for on the second turbo I have pictured? Thanks
