I am re-posting this since I have more information now and the previous post had me measuring incorrectly. The car this was on went 11.70's @ 117-118mph on 19psi with a bit of head work and a small cam.

This turbo is a E cover with a Precision .63 exhaust housing. It was built in the early 2000s.

If I measured correctly it is a 64mm exhaust wheel and a 60mm inducer.

Does anyone have any idea what this would compare to on todays turbos? I am going to be selling it because I have a stock appearing turbo on the way.

From the best I can tell, it is a 6169.
The 60-1 compressor has 7 blades and measures 59mm. The 60 series turbos get confusing. The old TE61 (PT54) has a 59mm compressor and the 69 trim turbine. This turbo has the same compressor as the 6152, but the 69 trim turbine is slightly larger than the 52 10 blade.
With a Garrett housing on it, it would be a nice high 10 sec (to mid 10 pushing it) turbo with decent spool up.

The turbo was provided by the guy who built the shortblock and it was hand-written 60-1 stage V, maybe it is 61mm compressor with t04 stage 5 wheel and he just wrote it wrong. (that woudl be a 6169 i think)
