Turbo ID

I was just curious as to what the identifying marks of a TA-33 and a TA-49 are. Also, I was curious as to what the maximum allowable shaft play on either is. I'm not really sure if this is the right forum for this.

ta33 or a ta49---ID ??

My ta49 doesnt have any ID marks on it,but to ID turbos ,go to gnttype.org and go to Turbos section,shows how to ID different turbos ,just by looking at them---hope this helps ya,,it did for me---Jack
