turbo parts help

got my new turbo for my pontiac 3.8.. wish i had a buick but hey...here it goes what are the two openings in the center of the two housings that look like flanges go there? i just dont know what goes there, this is not going a buick so i can just switch them if you could help me that would be cool

it sounds like you are describing the oil feed and oil retun ports. The oil return has the square hole in the middle. 180 degrees from that is the oil feed. The center hole, at the feed, should be 1/8" NPT and the other holes, at the feed, are to be ignored.
