Turbo rebuild or buy a new one

Well I did get the turbo and wastegate and downpipe for $150 and I got a tt 5.7 chip and 60# flow matched injectors and a acufab adjustable regulator for another $150. so for $300 I think I got a good deal. I will have to save up for awhile to get the turbo replaced or fixed. And yes I do know all the supporting mods that the car will need. This is my 3rd turbo buick.
So far the car has
Hotwire kit
powerlogger
not sure what fuel pump but I am going to replace it
I built the trans with alto clutches,
transgo shift kit which has a billet servo and dual feeds the 2-3 circuit.
The exhaust is a single 3" system right now with a cutout
the plastic maf and a translater
3" inlet pipe and a kn filter
Right now I am just getting parts together to mod it while I paint it this winter
