turbo rebuilding

I need a suggestion on a good place to rebuild my dad's turbo. I believe it is a TE-62 and is leaking oil from the seals. I had John Craig rebuild my 54 years ago and loved it but have an old number and can't find a new one for them. Is there anyone else anyone would suggest. I know Precision does it but I didn't know if there was anyone any better.
