turbo shaft play

Should there be any play or is a little ok?

My stocker when I took it off at 53k miles had a little play in back and forth motion of the shaft, maybe just 1/32" I would think much more than a 1/16" would be bad news... I had no problems with mine BTW though.

Limit said .025 side play is OK. No in/out play is acceptable.

ok,that makes me feek better.I have zero in and out play ,just a hint of side to side
