Took the turbo off to change the gaskets and the rear stud came off with the bolt. Bolt is seized on the stud. What is the best way to get that stud back in?

antisieze , put a lock washer on it and just thread it back in like a bolt

if youd rather use a bolt in that hole its M10x1.5 thread

best gasket for turbo to header is no gasket

Pacecarta-Great thank you.

I don't think a torque wrench could fit in there anyway but how tight should those nuts be (turbo/manifold)?

Turbo6inKY-Those Mazda ones are crazy overkill, like it. Don't we use a different size though then the ones in the link?

It's all metric M8x1.25.

he specifically asked about turbo to header which is m10x 1.5 , turbo to down pipe are m8x1.25

torque it tight , book shows 35lbft for the nut but thats with no gasket metal to metal , if you use a soft gasket that could be too much
