Turbo te60 cheap

I have this te60 turbonetics turbo that I pulled off my recently purchased tta because the car smokes. I replaced with a known good turbo and the car still smokes. There is zero shaft play with this turbo and it has very little miles on it. Reason I'm selling cheap is just in case it does need seals but my gut tells me this turbo is fine. 250$ plus the ride obo.
