finally took the turbo out of my 87 GN. it was leaking oil into the air flow (not good) lol. so now comes the interesting part does anyone know where i can get a good new turbo hopefully in maryland but if not just let me know some sites please

Lots of options here. The sky is the limit, but for a stock engine I'd stick with something close to what you already have, or maybe a slight upgrade to a TA49. Several vendors here offer turbos, check the supporting vendors list.
