Turbolink 4.0 cable and software

Previous owner used this tool on the car but wanted $100 for the cable alone. Was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a cable and software for a reasonable price.

Actually $100 isn't that bad of a price. The software back in the day was free but you needed the cable to run it.

I just gave mine away to someone who would use it... purchased it for i think $400 in 2005 $100 is not bad If you can use it go for it.
