Turbolink dead ONLY ON MY CAR-works on others-other scan tools DO work though

Just like the title says, Turbolink won't connect, ONLY on my car, it works on my friends car! And ALL the other scan tools, Scanmaster, Snap-on DO work on my car!! Ideas??? (Also see my post on won' run after rebuild-General Tech)

SnapOn (and OTCS) ground via the cigarette lighter. TurboLink/ScanMaster/etc ground via the ALDL plug.

Check the ground on the ALDL plug and you'll probably see the problem ....
