what is the limit of this turbo? how would it work with a 3000-3200 converter?
the engine is a stock long block, head studs, cometics, atr dp, 60# injectors.

A 44 works pretty good with your combo. My T-Type had a te44 with a 3300 stall when I first got it and was very responsive, although I wish I had a better converter in it (stator was broke inside the converter )

44 has been in the 10's,and will work with a 3000-3200 stall and a stock motor.

I had a best of 11.69 at 118 at 22-23 psi with a crap 1.86 60ft. Very fun street turbo

I was going to get a 3200 converter but not a Lock Up.The only thing about my 44 combination is that it does not spool that quick>I have a Racegate instead of the THDP which I want to get. That should take care of the spooling issue. Then from there I will see if it spools alot faster therefore no need for the 3200 converter.Don't need to light up the tires and get no traction.

Looks like you have my old turbo... you bought that from Chris? you got a steal on that turbo... he didn't run it on his car, it was taken care of you should be happy. Dusty set me up with a 2800 L/U PTC convertor, it should spool like a stocker.
