Does the turn on light suppose to flicker when the car is running? Or comes on after the boost reaches 5psi???

Only time I ever seen this condition was years ago and the car was done to 10 volts alternator wasnt working. A bad ground connection on the black wire, or dirty socket on fuse box where the red wire plugged in.

Turnon will come on when you press test button or boost hits turnon voltage preset. Example 7 psi = 2.2v from the 3 bar.
