Type F or Dexcron 3

Just had my th-350c rebuilt for the 2nd time in 3 years. I installed a B&M shift kit last year and ran Type F fluid to get a firmer shift. The place I had the tranny rebuilt took out the kit and put in thier own, telling me the B&M's are junk. whatever. The bands were bad, the pump drive was bad, on and on. I was told this could be from low vacuum on a motor. So what fluid should I run? the type F or the dexcron 3 thanks...

If your trans builder does't have a specific recommendation then you should run the fluid that the trans was designed to use. In your case it is dexron III.
