UMI lower control arms

I'm about to install some umi upper and lower control arms and I noticed that the holes for the sway bar are on the side with the "roto-joint" and not the side with the poly bushing. Is the roto-joint suppose to be on the axle side on the lower control arm and on the body for the upper control arm? Thanks for the hell guys.
