Unplugged IAC and no change??

I put in a new IAC and it idles really rough only when put in a different chip other than stock. If the stock chip is in it's ok. I unplugged the IAC just to see what would happen if I did and nothing changed at all. The idle was exactly the same, no rpm change or anything. This was with the Thrasher chips. What is wrong with my car??

IAC PROBLEM

FIRST OFF RESET YOUR IAC AND THEN YOUR TPS.
IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT ITS SIMPLE GO TO GNTTYPE.ORG AND ITS LISTED HOW TO RESET EVERYTHING.
IF IT STILL IDELS LIKE CRAP AFTER RESTEING, I WOULD GET RIT OF THE THRASHER CHIP AND TRY ANOTHER ONE I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH QUAD AIRS CHIPS. THE THRASHER CHIP YOU HAVE MIGHT NOT BE SET UP FOR STOCK INJECTORS, ETC...
MAKE SURE THE CHIP IS PROGRAMMED FOR WHAT EQUIPMENT IS ON THE CAR,

That's the weird thing, the chips worked perfectly in the car before. Now they idle like crap. Why???
