Upgraded valve springs?

How do I know if my stock 80K mile heads have the original valve springs or if they have been upgraded? Any identifying marks on the stock springs?

You should see cups on them but also have them tested-no cups = probably changed or upgraded. i have a couple sets if you need them-brand new.

Cups where? Top, bottom, center? Anyone have a pic of stock valves installed?

Its the solid piece of metal shaped like a cup arould the outside of the spring.
