hey guys just got back to the island and im ready to rip into the car again. got all new seat material from poston but im looking to find a good shop to do it. any ideas? thanks.

Hey Chris,

just the R&R of the covers will take you an afternoon... and a pair of hogring pliers... as long as the chop does not have to recreate the foam underneath...

I had Noah at Freds Auto Top Shop do the drivers seat in the 85 WH1 (Geoffs car now) wasnt cheap, but I was happy with the quality of work... Noah and his dad Fred take care of all my cars to date...

I'm looking at custom blue leater for my SS shortly... (once the LT1 is in...):D

I hear you... I have a friend with a 70 Cutlass SX he had replaced the covers with... then managed to put the buttons way too high up on the seat...

Fred's are good and also others like Ricky's custom upholstery (kalihi) and Golden upholstery (queen street) and also good choices. I had good experience in all three shops. Shop around and find the best price.
