Upper control arm removal?

How in the world do I remove the "Splined" frame bolts to pull the upper control arm? I got only one out, the left aft one with some "persuading" does anyone have a trick???

I got a tool behind it (I belive it was a wrench) and struck it from the back side.

Did she scream...LMBO.

Place the nut back on the bolt to where the threads are protected and then hit the nut. This should drive the fastener out as mentioned.
