I have the intake on, but still dont know how to hook up the vac lines , does any one have this set up and can help me out.

Also is it the 87 thottle cable and tv cable all that i need . Where can i get the fitting that comes off the turbo to the 2"-2.5 pipe , what ever size that is ran.

thanks guys for the help:)

First cut a 3 inch long piece of hose and put in on the nipple on the intake then plug the one-way vavle in it then run another hose off you vavle to the remote vacuum block. Then you can run all of your vacuum hoses to it. The hose coming off the turbo will go to your wastegate accuator and split and go to your fuel pressure regulator.
Replace your orignal throttle cable with the 87. The tv cable is long enough to get to the bracket.
If you are talking about the turbo outlet. I had an exhuast shop expand me a piece of pipe so it would match up to the turbo outlet i/c hose.

What nipple are you talking about the little one on the intake or the bigger one thats kinda on the back side of the intake. And i sould just put a t in with the line that comes from the turbo to the waste gate.

Thanks man i've been trying to find this out for a long time now.:)

The big nipple in the back is for the main vacuum port.
The pressure outlet on the turbo has to go to your fpr and your wastegate accuator. There is a tee in the original vaccum harrness that you can use.

Ok so i run a line from the big port to the vac block , then run all the vac lines to the block any where. and use the little port to run my boost gauge.

Now what i dont get is the waste gate solenoiid and the Y fitting where do i hook this up now.

My car is in storage 40 miles away. So I cant run out and look. I don't remember anything about the smaller vacuum port.
Just run some line off your turbo and tee it then one to the fpr and one to the wastegate soleniod.
Make sure you install the one-way vavle correctly, suck on one end to witch way you get flow. Yes you can put your block anywhere. You can hide it so it cleans up the compartment. That is what I did.

The little nipple (passenger side) is for your boost gauge, map, and FPR. Use the boost port on the turbo for the wastegate.

The big nipple (drivers side) is for all of the vacuum accesories. Make sure you have the check valve in the correct way.

Ok guys it time to do the lines. first i have the little port going to my boost gauge and fpr . the pcv valve going to the vac block and the big line on the intake going to the vac block. The turbo port to the waste gate , but heres what i dont get is where do i put the waste gate soil on the valve cover , theres four lines come from here. One more the Y fitting where does this go.

please help:confused:

You forget about the wastegate solenoid....you've already bypassed it by hooking the wastegate to the turbo.

The other should be the egr solenoid and just hook that to vaccuum.

if i hook that up to the waste gate and turbo where does the Y fitting go now in that line to some where.

thanks for the fast help:)

so now that i dont need the Y fitting i can just put a tee in for the WGS and tee it in with the turbo and waste gate.

thanks for all the help:D
