Vaccuum line help

Im putting my manifold back on and one of the solid vaccuum lines doesnt have a line attached to it. If you look at the engine from the passenger side, it is the 2nd line from the back coming from the top of the throttle body. Can someone look at their car and tell me where this line hooks up to?

connects to a small flex line that in turn connects to the Boost guage, on 86-87 turbo buicks.
