Vacuum Brake Conversion

I have a PM that is about to take a dump on me right now and I have picked a a vacuum conversion kit off of ebay. The only problem is that the conversion did not come with directions. How hard is it to do the conversion? and where can I get instructions or help on how to do it? Thanx

Its super easy. I can do them start to finish in about a half hour now!
