I bought a kit from John a few years ago for my old WE4. Everything was used but VERY clean. You could tell effort was taken to clean the parts, not just toss greasy parts into a box. Everything worked fine.

If you mean do I disassemble the master cylinder and rebuild it, no, I don't do anything but make sure parts are clean, look presentable on your GN or T, and they work. Again, I sold hundreds of these kits with no complaints. In fact, I took this ad off the board for a year because I couldn't keep up to the demand. Still the orders arrive, and again, as you see, no complaints. I don't see what all the fuss is about. I GUARANTEE ALL THE PARTS I SELL TO BE GOOD.

Vacuum brake problem?

I don't know if this is the correct place to address this, but as you sell this product, you might know what I should do-

I have a GN which has been converted to vacuum brakes. When I am stopped at a light the pedal gradually sinks to the floor. Increased effort is required to hold the car in place. If I have to stop long enough, the brake light comes on. Once I am accelerating again, the pressure comes back.

Is this a vacuum block problem or a problem with the master cylinder? What should I do?

I've seen the same kit sold for the same price but it included the billet vacuum block with the extra port. Does your kit include that? I may purchase the conversion at some point in the future but I'm doing research now.
