If you've got your original Powermaster peddle all you need to do is drill a 7/16 inch hole 1-5/8 inches below the existing pin. Then either tap in some threads or spot weld a 7/16 inch bolt. You'll also need a small hole in the end of the bolt for a cotter key. If you can fine a stud or some other pin that would work too. A small amount of filing may be needed.

CliffyC - thanks for the info, very cool! I ended up buying the necessary pin from Bweavy - GBodyparts. He offers one in stainless. Pretty cheap too considering no need to chase down the correct stuff. Under 20 bucks.
Odd thing is, I've seen a lot of varying info as to the correct hole location for the new pin. To me it appears 1-1/4". I've seen reports of 1-1/8", 1- 1/4" and now 1-5/8". Is it that critical?

I suppose it's not that critical but 1-5/8 inches is the actual measurement I took off of a vacuum peddle I had.
